This video is pretty funny and very biased.

I wonder who pays for this stuff. With the amazing marketing that Obama has created for his campaign I wouldn’t be surprised that his camp had something to do with this and the Obama Girl viral videos, either directly or indirectly.

Check it out its pretty hilarious.

We told you Tuesday about the man posing as an alleged ‘porn inspector’ in Longmont, Colo., using the claim to attempt to get free videos. Today, a suspect has been arrested.

The Longmont Times-Call reports police have arrested 33-year-old Andrew Libby of Longmont “on suspicion of two counts of impersonating a police officer, child neglect, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, possession of an illegal weapon, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.”

Police also have searched his home, finding an illegal knife, a gun (which Libby is not supposed to possess because he’s a convicted felon), a private security badge and a gun safe with as-of-yet-unknown contents, the paper reported.

The Smoking Gun has Libby’s (latest) mug shot as well as other documents in the case.

Last night I went out to the Black Sheep show in the Highline Ballroom NYC. It started early and was free! This is what Im talking about.

Unfortunately, only Dres showed up. Mr. Lawnge was MIA. I’ll admit, I am a bit upset that he didnt really perform much material from his first album “A Wolve in a Sheeep’s Clothing”. Nevertheless, Dres held it down.

Here’s a clip. It’s short because my cam ran out of battery.

Rethink Capitalism

BY TeV ’95

This video by Noam Chomsky got me thinking.

I am revisited with this question often. Is Capitalism the best possible social system or not? A system based on nothing but material gain and the improvement of lifestyle seems to be a downward spiral in to a dark abyss. On the same token, a Communist system with no competition or private property seems just as grim.

In my opinion this is the greatest question of out time.

If you can’t tell by now I am a big Jay Electronica fan. I will continue supporting him so long as he keeps pushing Hip Hop’s boundaries and creating great music.

In this interview Jay Electronica speaks about paying dues, his relationship with Erykah Badu, his collaborations with J Dilla, his associations with the Hipster crowd, the meaning of his staff, and what’s to come in 08-09.

Prodigy- Real Power is People

BY TeV ’95
This is what I’m talkin bout! Prodigy is killing em. The promotion for the HINC2 is heavy. He got a video for damn near every song on the album. I’m feeling it!

Prodigy- Illuminati

BY TeV ’95
Even while he is behind bars, with one of the most controversial and direct-to-fans blogs at Prodigy is making some noise. Along with his new label digital media company Voxonic, and cross promotions with Sandisk, the marketing campaign for Prodigy’s HNIC2 is something to take notice to.

I listen to this album a lot and I would recommend everyone buy it. I like the approach that Prodigy has taken. He is no longer supporting or promoting what has because so cliche in Hip-Hop, materialism. In “Real Power Is People” Prodigy is on some “Fuck cars, Fuck rims, lets spend on our protection.” I’m definitely feeling it.

Look out for for a string of videos for just about every song on the album. This one is fully animated and mad dope. Oh yeah …produced by Alchemist. Free P!

Fox media propaganda

BY TeV ’95

Editors Note – What really disturbs me is this video is 2 yrs old and things at Fox are as ugly as ever. Pls join the boycott of Fox news and their sponsors. after the jump a full list of fox sponsors and phone numbers and emails on all Fox news producers.
Peep this video. It really exposes how FOX news is manipulating the news by spreading propaganda. FOX news owner Rupert Murdoch is making it his mission to buy up all the major media in the country. He already owns The New York Post and The Wall Street Journal. With that being said, lets just boycott their media. I am no longer watching FOX or reading those news papers. We have the net and no longer need this commercial trickery. Stand up!

Light graffiti, also known as light painting, takes what you think you know about graffiti and turns it on its head. This ephemeral approach to art and expression uses the movement of light to create incredible images and is created on the streets, in nature, and in studios by artists whose creative impulses transcend traditional media. Unlike projection bombing, light graffiti is sometimes produced as performance art, and sometimes just to capture it with photography and video, but either way it makes for some incredible viewing. These ten artists producing light graffiti and light painting represent some of the most amazing talent in a growing (and increasingly strange) field of art.

Stay The F#ck Outta Oniontown

Two teenagers who drove to Oniontown after a series of YouTube videos portrayed the hamlet as a run-down, backwoods dump were pelted with rocks by an angry group of young residents, authorities said.

The two 17-year-olds from Mahopac, about 30 miles south of Oniontown, suffered head and face injuries.

Troopers arrested a 17-year-old from Oniontown on Thursday and charged him with criminal mischief. Additional arrests were expected, police said.

State police investigator Eric Schaefer said it wasn’t the first time out-of-towners were attacked by local residents.

“The biggest recommendation at this point is for everybody to stay out of there,” Schaefer said. “Anybody that doesn’t belong there, anybody that’s not a resident, just stay out of Oniontown.”

In one YouTube video posted in May called “Oniontown Adventures,” three boys with foul mouths supposedly drive up to the town. While there, they mock the poverty they find — giggling at the garbage strewn along the streets and the abandoned cars in the front yards of trailer parks.

In other videos cops warn youngsters not to go there.
