EPA May NOT Act To Limit Contaminated Water
Author: NextThingMay 13
Perchlorate, the explosive main ingredient in rocket and missile fuel, is turning up in the nation’s food — in vegetables like lettuce and spinach — and water supply. “A study from the Centers for Disease Control last year tested almost 3,000 people who are representative of the U.S. population. They found perchlorate in every single person,†said Dr. Anila Jacob of the Environmental Working Group.
An EPA official said Tuesday there’s a “distinct possibility†the agency won’t take action to rid drinking water of a toxic rocket fuel ingredient that has contaminated public water supplies around the country.
Democratic senators called that unacceptable. They argued that states and local communities shouldn’t have to bear the expense of cleansing their drinking water of perchlorate, which has been found in at least 395 sites in 35 states — or the risk of not doing so.
Debate Questions John McCain Will Never Be Asked
Author: The SkeezApr 18
While the liberal blogosphere and media critics alike are fuming over the deplorable gotcha-fest that was the ABC Democratic debate yesterday in Philadelphia, conservative talking heads are positively ecstatic. In the New York Times, David Brooks called the questions on lapel pins and the Weather Underground “excellent.” The excreable Michelle Malkin snarked, “How dare they explore questions of character, truthfulness, and judgment?” And over at Hot Air, Ed Morrissey offered “kudos to ABC News” while noting “John McCain has to feel grateful not to be included.”
Which is exactly right. The so-called “maverick” John McCain has never been subjected to the inquisitorial equivalent of the rectal probes Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton received last night. And given the media’s on-going love affair with Mr. Straight Talk, he no doubt never will be.
But since the right-wing amen corner asked for an exploration of John McCain’s “character, truthfulness, and judgment,” the following represents a subset what an American media actually doing its job might ask of the Republican presidential nominee.
Here, then, are 10 debate questions John McCain will never be asked:
1. Do you agree with Pastor John Hagee that war with Iran is the fulfillment of biblical prophecy?
In February, you shared a stage with Pastor John Hagee and said you were “very proud” to have his endorsement. You also called the Reverend Rod Parsley, a man who said of Islam “America was founded, in part, with the intention of seeing this false religion destroyed”, your “spiritual guide.” Do you believe America’s mission is to destroy Islam? Do you join Pastor Hagee in believing the United States must attack Iran to fulfill the biblical prophecy of Armageddon in Israel in which 144,000 Jews will be converted to Christianity and the rest killed? Is that why you joked about “bomb bomb Iran?” If not, why will you not renounce the support of Hagee and Parsley?
2. Doesn’t your legendary temper make you too dangerous to be trusted with the presidency of the United States?
Your anger, even toward friends and allies, is legendary. You purportedly dropped the F-Bomb on your own GOP colleagues John Cornyn and Chuck Grassley. In the book, The Real McCain, author Cliff Schechter claims you got into a fist-fight with your fellow Arizona Republican Rick Renzi. Allegedly, you even publicly used a crude term, one which decorum and the FCC prohibit us from even saying on the air (CUNT), to describe your own wife. Which if any of these episodes is untrue? Don’t your anger management problems make you too dangerously unstable to be president of the United States?
3. Doesn’t your confusion regarding basic facts about the war in Iraq, including repeatedly citing a nonexistent Al Qaeda-Iran alliance, make you unfit for command?
On four occasions in one month, you confused friend and foe in Iraq by describing Sunni Al Qaeda as being backed by Shiite Iran. Then you showed a misunderstanding of the U.S. chain of command when you claimed you would not back shifting forces from Iraq to Afghanistan “unless Gen. [David] Petraeus said that he felt that the situation called for that,” a decision which Petraeus himself told you and your Senate colleagues only the week before rests not with him but with his superiors. Doesn’t your lack of understanding and judgment when it comes to basic facts of America’s national security disqualify you as commander-in-chief?
4. Given your past adultery, should Americans consider you a moral exemplar of family values?
You are the nominee of a Republican Party which claims to support so-called “family values.” Yet you commenced an adulterous relationship with your current wife Cindy months before the dissolution of your previous marriage to your first wife Carol. Should Americans consider you to be a moral exemplar of family values?
Uncle Tom Bob Johnson
Author: The SkeezApr 15
According to Yahoo News, BET founder Bob Johnson who now owns The NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats, and who is a longtime friend of the Clinton’s said Barack Obama would not be a leading presidential candidate if he were white. He also in January said “The Clintons have been deeply and emotionally involved in black issues — when Barack Obama was doing something in the neighborhood; I won’t say what he was doing, but he said it in his book — when they have been involved.” He was referring to Obama speaking about smoking weed in his youth. This nigga is crazy. Where is Spike Lee’s Drop Squad when you need them?
I would say boycott BET, but he sold it. Plus, didn’t nobody watch that bullshit anyway? Boycott the Charlotte Bobcats and Uncle Tom Ass Bob Johnson.

Bill Lies About Hillary’s Lies
Author: The SkeezApr 11
Misspoke my ass. Misspeaking is done once. When you say something over and over, even in prepared speeches, it’s a lie. She just didn’t think she’d get caught. Matter of fact, even after people called her on the Bosnia lie, she continued to lie about it, repeating her story. Only when the video surfaced did she halfway apologize by saying she “misspoke”. Next time you get pulled over with weed in the car and tell the police there isn’t any, if they find it , just tell them you misspoke and I’m sure they’ll understand.
THE SPIN:
“A lot of the way this whole campaign has been covered has amused me,” Bill Clinton said in Boonville, Ind. “But there was a lot of fulminating because Hillary, one time late at night when she was exhausted, misstated and immediately apologized for it, what happened to her in Bosnia in 1995.
“Did y’all see all that? Oh, they blew it up,” the former president continued. “Let me just tell you. The president of Bosnia and Gen. Wesley Clark — who was there making peace where we’d lost three peacekeepers who had to ride on a dangerous mountain road because it was too dangerous to go the regular, safe way — both defended her because they pointed out that when her plane landed in Bosnia, she had to go up to the bulletproof part of the plane, in the front. Everybody else had to put their flak jackets underneath the seat in case they got shot at. And everywhere they went they were covered by Apache helicopters. So they just abbreviated the arrival ceremony.
“Now I say that because what really has mattered is that even then she was interested in our troops,” he said. “And I think she was the first first lady since Eleanor Roosevelt to go into a combat zone. And you would of thought, you know, that she’d robbed a bank the way they all carried on about this. And some of them when they’re 60 they’ll forget something when they’re tired at 11 o’clock at night, too.”
THE FACTS:
Bill Clinton has many of the facts wrong.
His wife didn’t make the sniper fire claim “one time late at night when she was exhausted.” She actually told the story several times, including during prepared remarks on foreign policy delivered the morning of March 17.
It’s also not true that she “immediately apologized for it.” Clinton has never apologized for the comments and only acknowledged that she “misspoke” a week after the March 17 speech when video of her peaceful tarmac reception emerged.
It’s also not true that she was the “first first lady since Eleanor Roosevelt to go into a combat zone” — a claim that Hillary Clinton has also made when talking about the trip. Pat Nixon traveled to Saigon during the Vietnam war and Barbara Bush went to Saudi Arabia two months before the launching of Desert Storm.
The trip also was not in 1995, but 1996.
McCain Campaigner Calls Barack Obama Tiger Woods
Author: The SkeezApr 9
Watch how quickly the McCain campaign says this wasn’t a racist or racial comment. They’ll also say they had no idea this guy was going to call him Tiger Woods. Funny thing is, earlier this year when someone was introducing Sen. McCain, he called Sen. Obama “Barack Hussein Obama”. Of course the McCain campaign wasn’t aware then either. Let’s be real here. Do you think that these candidates advisers don’t approve all speech’s given by anyone who is introducing them? If you think that they don’t pre-approve these speeches, please don’t vote….EVER.
Now let’s not be confused here. McCain, Clinton, or Obama can’t be held accountable for idiot remarks made by staff members or former staff members. That isn’t the case here, or earlier this year with the Hussein remark.
Let’s also not forgot that while campaigning in 2000, McCain told reporters “I hated the gooks. I will hate them as long as I live.” He also voted against making Martin Luther King Jr. Day a federal holiday. Additionally, McCain has employed white supremacist, Richard Quinn, founder and editor in chief of the magazine “Southern Partisanâ€, paying over $180,000 to political consulting firm “Richard Quinn & Associates.”
Here are a few of Quinn’s beliefs:
- “King Day should have been rejected because its purpose is vitriolic and profane.”
- “The black leaders who lobbied so furiously for King Day confirmed another unpleasant reality. By celebrating King as the incarnation of all they admire, they have chosen to glorify the histrionic rather than the heroic and by inference they spurned the brightest and the best among their own race.”
- “Ignoring the real heroes in our nation’s life, the blacks have chosen a man who represents not their emancipation, not their sacrifices and bravery in service to their country; rather, they have chosen a man whose role in history was to lead his people into a perpetual dependence on the welfare state, a terrible bondage of body and soul.”
- “After all, Mr. Mandela was put in jail 27 years ago – not because of his humanitarian philosophy – but because he was a terrorist who openly advocated (and personally committed) violence against the government.”
- “How many people out there across the face of America are well aware that Mandela is a bad egg, maybe even say so in the comfort and security of their homes, but are afraid to express their real opinions publicly?”
- “What better way to reject politics as usual than to elect a maverick like David Duke? What better way to tweak the nose of the establishment?”
So I guess McCain is a maverick like David Duke?

Worst President EVER!
Author: The SkeezApr 6
I know, tell us something we didn’t know, right? Well in a History News Network survey of 109 leading Professional Historians, 98.2% of them ranked his Presidency a failure. 61% ranked him the WORST President ever, 35% ranked him as one of the bottom (worst) 10, while only 4% ranked him higher than that. The reason that 35% didn’t rank him the worst, but in their words nearly the worst, was ““It is a bit too early to judge whether Bush’s presidency is the worst ever, though it certainly has a shot to take the title. Without a doubt, it is among the worst.â€
Here are a few of their statements about GWB:
- “Bush does only two things well, he knows how to make the very rich very much richer, and he has an amazing talent for f**king up everything else he even approaches. His administration has been the most reckless, dangerous, irresponsible, mendacious, arrogant, self-righteous, incompetent, and deeply corrupt one in all of American history.â€
- “He is blatantly a puppet for corporate interests, who care only about their own greed and have no sense of civic responsibility or community service. He lies, constantly and often, seemingly without control, and he lied about his invasion into a sovereign country, again for corporate interests; many people have died and been maimed, and that has been lied about too. He grandstands and mugs in a shameful manner, befitting a snake oil salesman, not a statesman. He does not think, process, or speak well, and is emotionally immature due to, among other things, his lack of recovery from substance abuse. The term is “dry drunk”. He is an abject embarrassment/pariah overseas; the rest of the world hates him . . . . . He is, by far, the most irresponsible, unethical, inexcusable occupant of our formerly highest office in the land that there has ever been.â€
- “I think the Bush administration has been quite successful in achieving its political objectives, which makes it a disaster for us.â€
Hillary Clinton Pathological Liar?

Future Of The WNBA
Author: The SkeezApr 2
Yo, whether or not it’s true, most people believe (including myself), that most female basketball players are dikes, sorry lesbians. No wait, dikes. I use dikes because the image of a dike is a sorta manly woman, the “man” in a lesbian relationship if you will. I could give damn either way, to each his/her own. But…… being the sports fan that I am, Candace Parker could be what the WNBA needs.
As a man, and a sports fan, I can’t really get into the WNBA cuzz of the difference in athleticism between it and the NBA. Not to say that the women aren’t athletes, cuzz they are (although I’d ball any of em up), but ain’t nobody getting dunked on. They actually play better fundamental basketball than the dudes, but again, ain’t nobody getting mashed on. No Vince Carter dunking literally over 7 footer’s, no Tyler Hansborough over a 7’7 player, No Doc/Jordan from the free throw, no Spud, no Dominique windmills, no David Thompson. Me, being the misogynistic MC that I am thought,……WNBA in booty shorts! Now that would sell out arenas!
And given my misogynistic ideology about lesbianism in high level(College/WNBA) womens ball, I figured that since (whether true or not) most WNBA players are lesbian to begin with, what do they care if men across the country gawk at them if it increases their exposure, and therefore salaries.
Yeah yeah, typical male blah blah blah. But if you think the WNBA is just about basketball and hasn’t tried to use sex appeal to help market the game your wrong ladies. The catalyst to much of the WNBA’s limited success was the marketing of Lisa Leslie as a model, a sex symbol, NOT as a basketball player. Nothing wrong with that in my eyes, she was cute, sexy, charismatic, a perfect face of the WNBA. If it takes catering to the early man in us to help push women’s basketball, then it is what it is. My point is that 90% of sports fans are men, so if you can’t dunk, play in booty shorts and a halter top…..unless you buff like 50.

Hillary Is A Liar
Author: The SkeezMar 23
Dick Morris, the political columnist who formerly advised President Bill Clinton, expects John McCain to fade from the presidential race due to his “liberal” stances, and thinks Hillary Clinton is a Nixon-like character who “lies about everything.”
Here are a few of Hillary’s lies….and I stress a few:
- She said that Chelsea, her daughter, was jogging around the towers of the World Trade Center on 9/11 and [Hillary] went on the “Today” show … and she said [Chelsea] was only saved because she ducked into a coffee shop at the last minute and she actually heard the airplane hit the building. Chelsea wrote an article four months later that said she was home in bed asleep [on 9/11] and a friend called her and said, “Wake up and turn on the TV,” and she turned it on and saw the plane hit. She was five miles from Ground Zero, nowhere near there.
- “She took $1,000 and with the help of her friends, who Bill was helping to safeguard against inspections for the poultry industry, parlayed it in a matter of weeks on the futures market and then wouldn’t release her tax returns, so nobody knew about it until after the statute of limitations was lifted.
- She told a federal grand jury that she didn’t work on a certain project in the Whitewater scandal, when she did, and she claimed she didn’t know it by that name but another name. …
- Her brother was paid $300,000 by a drug and crack cocaine dealer, who was serving a 20 year sentence in prison and her husband pardoned him, and she claimed she had no idea her brother was representing the guy.
RIAA Wins $400 Million Lawsuit, Doesn’t Share With Artists
Author: The SkeezMar 18
Remember when the RIAA sued Napster, Kazaa and Bolt over copywrite infringement when all the 17 yr olds were “illegally” downloading music? Well they won $400 Million on “behalf” of the artists SEVEN YEARS AGO……and hasn’t paid any artist one red cent. Ironically, the RIAA is now on the verge of being sued by the same artists it supposedly represented. Lawyers for The Rolling Stones, Christina Aguilera, and Van Halen say that artists and managers have been thinking of filing suit against the RIAA, and the 1600 labels it respresents, the most influential being EMI, Sony BMG, Warner Music group, and Universal Music Group. According to the RIAA, there isn’t much money left as most of it went to legal fees. Yeah, either that or it’s buried with the WMD’s in Iraq.

Bush Borrowed More Than All Previous Presidents Combined
Author: The SkeezMar 17
According to the US Treasury, from 1776-2000, the first 224 years of US history, 42 Presidents borrowed a combined $1.01 trillion from foreign governments and financial institutions, while between 2001-2004 alone, the Bush administration borrowed $1.05 trillion! With continued wars in Iraq & Afghanistan, bailing out the mortgage industry, and the “stimulus package” (I call it the slavery package…debt=slavery), I’m sure after he leaves office we’ll find that amount has at least doubled.
Edit: I’ve been asked for sources..here they are; House.gov, Rollingstone.com. Need more? The House.gov link is for reference, the Rolling Stone link goes in depth.
Barack Obama Leads Over Hillary Clinton pt. 2
Author: The SkeezMar 11

I’ve been engaged in alot of interesting discussion about this election. Most of it positive, alot of it bullshit. Apparently, people are up in arms over the “Bro’s Before Hoe’s” t-shirts, some demanding Obama denounce the shirts. My response was did he make them? Is he selling them? If he were, it would be an issue he should address.
Since he isn’t, what the fuck do they have to do with his campaign? If you’re really interested in turning this country around after Bush fucked it up, wouldn’t you rather hear him speak on the pertinent issues? Last I checked, a stupid ass slogan (which I find funny ONLY as applied to this race) is not what the troops in Iraq or Afghanistan, people with no health care, the homeless or jobless, or people losing their homes are concerned about.
First of all, in the term “Bro’s before Hoe’s”, Bro’s isn’t a reference to black men. It’s a reference to men period. When is a last time you heard a brotha call another brother “bro”? “Brah” maybe, but not “bro”. In fact, when the term “bro” is applied to black men, it’s a derogatory term used mostly by whites and sometimes mexicans. Second, Obama did not make the t-shirts (although I wish I did…Xmas money!), so it’s not his responsibility to denounce them.
Here are a couple quotes from people I discussed this with:
One woman points to this picture then says “Check out the link and scroll down to see who is wearing the “bro’s before hoe’s” sweat shirt!! Do you think Obama is her brutha from anutha mutha???”
What does who’s wearing the shirt matter? Why do they have to be related? Why is she all of a sudden using Ebonics?
“I wonder if Obies father put his “bro’s before his hoe” and that is why he was raised by his mother and grand parents in Hawaii!!”
My response is I don’t know why his parents aren’t together, nor do I care. It has no bearing on the future of this country. Again, Obama didn’t make the shirts so that is irrelevant.
After responding that it’s just a t-shirt, and that he didn’t make nor is he selling the shirts, and that we have more important things to talk about than played out slogans, she goes on too say that it is relevant and he should denounce it, adding that:
“As an African American man I’m sure you know some of your friends who has kids and are not married to their mother, not only that, they aren’t playing an active role as a positive role model in that childs life either.”
My response: Ok, so because I’m black your SURE I have friends who have kids out of wedlock and are deadbeat dads?? I guess being black I should have a “posse of homies” that impregnate and leave women ala Tom Brady.
I leave with what I left her ignorant ass with. I challenge everyone here to put their pre-dispositions about each candidate aside, go here http://www.dehp.net/candidate/ and vote on YOUR issues, then see which candidate you are most closely aligned with, then vote for them.
Creation Of The Negro
Author: The SkeezMar 8
The name that you respond to determines the amount of your self worth. Similarly, the way a group of people collectively respond to a name can have devastating effects on their lives, particularly if they did not choose the name.
Asians come from Asia and have pride in the Asian race’ Europeans come from Europe and have pride in Europe accomplishments. Negroes, I am to assume, come from negroland-a mythical country with an uncertain past and an even more uncertain future. Since negroland is a myth, where did the myth of the negro originate? The key to understanding what a negro is, is to understand the definition of that word and its origin.
The word negro is Spanish for black. The Spanish language comes from Latin, which has its origins in Classical Greek. The word negro, in Greek, is derived from the root word necro, meaning dead. What was once referred to as a physical condition is now regarded as an appropriate state of mind for millions of Africans.
Historically when the Greeks first traveled to Africa 2,500 years ago, the Egyptian civilization was already ancient. The Great Pyramid was over 3,000 years old and the sphinx was even older. Writing, science, medicine and religion were already a part of the civilization and had reached their zenith. The Greeks came to Africa as students to sit at the feet of the masters, and to discover what Africans already knew. In any student / teacher relationship the teacher can only teach as much as the student is capable of understanding.

Balance’s found at the CIA’s website.
Thanx George. I’m sure your $150 billion “stimulus package” will help the economy, especially since everything is made in China or India or Honduras now. So when the American people spend that money, where is it going? To an American worker, or straight into the Corporate coffers of companies who are receiving ridiculous tax breaks and subsidies, enjoying record profits while moving jobs overseas exploiting foreign workers by paying them peanuts.
On second thought, we are borrowing this $150 billion, most of it from China (check their balance). So basically, foreign creditors are lending us money for tax rebates, so we can in turn spend that money on foreign goods! That’s like me loaning you $400 to buy an ounce of good off me. Not only do you now owe me $400 (with interest), I also made a profit off the ounce cuzz you spent the money back with me…..It’s a cold game.
